Guidelines
- Submissions are accepted through our online submission form, or by dropping off entries to the Office of Student Life (X-153). Please remember to include all required information. Incomplete entry forms may lead to rejection of the entry. If you have any questions about the submission process, please contact us.
- Interested individuals may submit a maximum of six (6) works for consideration. A maximum of three (3) works per artist may be selected for publication.
- Writing Entries: Literary works are best submitted in MS Word (.doc) or rich text format (.rtf) through our online entry form. Otherwise, print an entry form and submit as directed on the form.

Art Entries:
Works smaller than 11" x 14" can be submitted through the online entry form
or to the Images mailbox in the Office of Student Life (X-153).
Digital file attachments (.jpg,.gif, etc.) in place of slides for larger art submissions are encouraged. - Including the source files for graphic designs and other digitally created works on a CD is appreciated.
- Submission Deadline: All submissions should be submitted electronically or in person to the Office of Student Life (X-153) by Monday, February 26, 2007 at 4:00 p.m.
- Reclamation of Submissions: All artwork submissions will be stored in the Images office (X-157). They may be reclaimed from the Office of Student Life beginning Thursday, March 15, 2007.
- Entrants accepted for the 2007 edition should recieve notice by April 2, 2007.
