Computers do math. Artists are known to hate math. Yet, commercial artists use the computer every day to create web sites, animation, and more. How much math do you need to know to be good at creating commercial art? Well, it depends on which direction you want to go and how far you wish to go. In this presentation, we'll explore how the technical artist utilizes math to make artistic decisions every day.
