Babylon Revisited

Directions:  In the appropriate conference on our class Discussion Board, discuss one or all of the following.
  1. What is the theme of "Babylon Revisited?"
  2. What is the significance of the title? What is "Bablyon," both literally and figuratively?
  3. Look up a biography of Fitzergerald on the web.  Knowing that this work is closely modeled on Fitzgerald's own life (with major differences), does your view of the story or the narrator change? Does it change knowing that Fitzgerald's wife was still very much alive at the time of the story?
