Career Planning and Employment Services (A175; 217-351-2536) provides career planning assistance to individuals selecting a major, setting new career goals, making a career change, or reentering the job market. Numerous resources provide information, such as job descriptions, outlook, salary range, and educational requirements.

Employment sevices are provided to students and graduates seeking full- or part-time employment. In addition, a list of over 3,000 job openings annually, assistance in preparing resumes and cover letters, and improving interviewing techniques is offered.
