Class Notes:

The final will be given from 8:00 to 10:00, Thursday, May 10th in X 130.  I'll be there in person.  You may take it on-line if you want.  You may also take it on Angel, or use your transcender, whether you are on-line or in the classroom.  The Angel test is 30 questions taken verbatim from the transcender.  The Angel test will probably be easier, because it is shorter and I picked questions that are closely matched with what we covered this semester.  The Angel test is password protected.  I'll post the password here at 8:00 am.  I'll also be on Angel, monitoring who has logged in.  I will monitor my Angel e-mail at the same time so you can send me e-mails if you have problems.  I may reply by e-mail, or more likely will post a reply here if the problem effects everyone.  If you take the transcender test, I'll also post here the specific one of the five tests to take.  Please make sure you e-mail the results directly to mailto:sbadman@parkland.edu

During Finals Week, you can see if I am in my office by checking my on-line schedule:
Is Scott in his office?
This is an active schedule web-page.  When I arrive at my office, I will say so in the text on the appropriate day.   If I am leaving the office for more than 10 or 15 minutes, I will post a notice above.  You can look on the Internet at any time to see if I am available.  (If yesterday's text is still up, I have not arrived for the day).

Transcender Final: Note that this is not the normal class day or time

(Ack --  what an awful time.  If Scott does not show up, don't leave!  Send someone to the CSIT Department Office and have them call his home phone.  He lives just across Bradley Ave.  He will show up soon, probably looking awful, but hopefully coherent enough to start the Transcenders.)
