The JCreator Java Environment

Topics

Readings

Wu fourth edition: Sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 cover objects and methods.  6 and 1-7 cover the concepts of compiling a program.   Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 is important for today and Wednesday.  Don't worry about some of the differences between your supplied ParklandStudentProgram and the program code in the book.  Try to figure out what you can, and ask questions about the rest.   When the book is more complicated than our ParklandStudentProgram code, don't worry about it.  For instance, for now JOptionPane is not important.  Concentrate on ParklandStudentProgram, not the book's code.
