Deitel and Deitel, all of Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.  O.K., that's a little much, but you would be an expert C++ programmer, and you would probably understand most of it now.  Yes, I know it's not your text, and it costs $100, but you might be able to hoodwink a Csc 125 student and get one free.
