Help from the instructor

I will be glad to help you whenever I am at Parkland. If you see me, I will help you (unless I have an immediate class or meeting)I am  usually available after any class for all help you may need.  Questions you ask the instructor, or help you get from him, will never adversely affect your grades in any way, plus you may freely use any code received from the instructor in any of your work.   Please see Scott's Schedule or Coordinated Office Hours and Help.

Help from other Csc 123, CSC 125, or Csc 220 instructors

The instructors of all Csc 123, Csc 125 and Csc 220 classes will also be glad to help you.  Please see Coordinated Office Hours and Help.

Help from other students

During class, I encourage students to help each other for all work except graded work that is specified as individualI do not mind if you quietly help each other while I am lecturing.  For your assignments out of class, I encourage students to help each other, but you must be careful to actually do all your own work.  Help is valid if you understand what was done and could replicate the work again on your own.  If you don't fully understand the help you receive, and can replicate the work by yourself, then someone else is just doing your work for you.  Please see your course's Plagiarism policies in the proper Syllabus: Csc 123, Csc 125, Csc 150, Csc 220
